UM, SO THIS IS LOCATED IN THE DRY RIVER DISTRICT, UM, ON KOHLER'S CROSSING.

UM, A LITTLE BIT SETBACK FROM I 35.

UH, AND THE MATERIALS CONSIST PRI OR ENTIRELY OF BRICK, UM, AND HAS APPROPRIATE ARCHITECTURAL FEATURES TO ACCENT THE DESIGN.

UM, SO HERE IS THE SIDE VIEW.

UM, IF YOU'VE BEEN OVER THERE RECENTLY, THERE'S A MULTI-TENANT BUILDING.

SO THIS IS KIND OF THE VIEW FROM, UM, THE SHARED ACCESS.

UM, SO GOING INTO THE CHICK-FIL-A

SITE AND THEN WE HAVE, SO AS YOU CAN SEE, IT'S, IT'S PRETTY MUCH 100% BRICK.

UM, THERE'S A FEW ARCHITECTURAL ACCENTS THAT MAY HAVE SOME SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT MATERIALS, BUT IT'S, IT'S ALMOST A HUNDRED PERCENT BRICK.

SO DEFINITELY COMPLIANT WITH THE I 35 OVERLAY WITH THAT.

UM, AND THEN HERE IS THE FRONT AND THE BACK.

SO THE TOP IS ACTUALLY THE REAR ELEVATION THAT FACES EVO.

UM, AND THEN THE BOTTOM IS THE FRONT ELEVATION THAT FACES KOHLS.

AND I HAVE SOME UPDATED ELEVATIONS FOR THAT FRONT, UM, IN JUST A SECOND AND THOSE.

AND THEN, UM, WE DID COME BACK ONCE WE REALIZED THAT THE DRIVE THROUGH CANOPY WAS ON THE FRONT, UM, OF THE BUILDING FACING KOHLERS, UM, WE WENT BACK TO THEM AND SAID THAT PER THE I 35 OVERLAY, IT EITHER NEEDED TO BE MOVED TO THE SIDE OR THE MATERIALS OF THE CANOPY NEEDED TO MATCH THE BUILDING.

UM, SO THIS IS COMPLIANT WITH THE I 35 OVERLAY, HAVING THOSE, UM, COLUMNS FOR THE CANOPY WRAPPED IN MASONRY.

AND IT'S, UM, FAIRLY SIMILAR TO THE EXISTING CHICK-FIL-A SITE AS WELL WITH THAT.

AND THEN THIS IS THE, UM, CANOPY TO THE REAR THAT WILL ALSO HAVE THE, UH, STONE OR BRICK, EXCUSE ME, WRAPPING THOSE COLUMNS FOR THE CANOPY.

AND THEN DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE IS A PRETTY STANDARD C M U, UH, WITH THE METAL, UM, DOORS.

SO THAT IS ALSO COMPLIANT.

SO THIS IS THE CORNER OF KOHLER'S AND KYLE CROSSING.

SO THERE'S YOUR SITE PLAN AND THEN LANDSCAPE PLAN.

I REALIZE THAT'S A LITTLE BIT HARD TO READ.

UM, BUT SO FAR EVERYTHING HAS BEEN COMPLIANT WITH THE I 35 OVERLAY.

AND THEY HAVE, THEY'RE ALMOST THROUGH THEIR SITE DEVELOPMENT THAT, UM, IS APPROVED ADMINISTRATIVELY.

SO THE LANDSCAPE PLAN HAS BEEN APPROVED THROUGH THAT.

SO THIS IS, UM, COMPLIANT WITH I 35 OVERLAY AND STAFF RECOMMENDS APPROVAL.

ANY QUESTIONS FOR MS. CHUCK IN THE PRESENTATION? UM, SO THE ONLY EGRESS AND INGRESS FOR THIS IS ON THE BACKSIDE OF THE BUILDING FROM KOHLER'S CROSSING, CORRECT? YES.
