43) Consider approval of a construction contract with Walsh Construction Company, II, LLC, dba Archer Western for the WWTP Early Works Package in the amount of $57,136,100 plus a 5% contingency of $2,856,805 for a total contract amount not to exceed $59,992,905.
44) Consider approval of a Resolution of the City of Kyle approving a Resolution by the Board of Directors of the Alliance Regional Water Authority authorizing the issuance of contract revenue bonds in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $9,435,000 for the City of Kyle, Texas in connection with the regional water supply contract project.
