27) (Tabled 8/18/2026) Consider directing the Interim City Manager to undertake the necessary evaluation and planning to repurpose the Krug Activity Center for use as an administrative office facility and an annex to City Hall, including evaluating the feasibility of relocating, to the extent feasible, all remaining administrative personnel, (excluding Police Department personnel), from the Public Safety Center to the Krug Activity Center, and to take such further administrative actions as may be necessary or appropriate to facilitate such repurposing and relocation of City staff.
