IV) Consider and Possible Action
2) Consider approval of a Resolution authorizing a settlement agreement with the 6 Creeks petitioners, represented by Larry Gawlik and Victor Aellen, related to Docket No. 58988 before the Public Utility Commission of Texas, which provides for the withdrawal of the petition filed by the 6 Creeks petitioners in exchange for an agreement from the City to classify the 6 Creeks customers as inside-city customers beginning with first billing cycle of the new fiscal year, which starts on October 1, 2026.

V) Executive Session
4) Pursuant to Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, the City Council reserves the right to convene into Executive Session(s) from time to time as deemed necessary during this meeting. The City Council may convene into Executive Session pursuant to any lawful exception contained in Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code including any or all of the following topics.
Executive session pursuant to Texas Government Code §551.076 and §551.089 (Security Training for City Council and Staff)
to conduct a safety and security training led by Kyle Police Department, which includes discussion of the deployment, or specific occasions for implementation, of security personnel, critical infrastructure, or devices; and
to conduct a safety and security training led by Kyle Police Department, which includes the discussion of security assessments or deployments relating to information resources technology, and/or network security information, related to the City’s critical infrastructure, emergency management, and/or security and public safety management.
4) Pursuant to Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, the City Council reserves the right to convene into Executive Session(s) from time to time as deemed necessary during this meeting.
