SO EXACT NUMBERS, JUST FOR THE RECORD, UM, IF YOU WERE LOOKING AT A PROJECT THAT HAD A SHOPPING CENTER, RESTAURANTS, ET CETERA, YOU WOULD BE AT ABOUT 4,954 VEHICLE TRIPS PER DAY.
THE PROJECT THAT WE'RE PROPOSING IS 2,445.
UM, AND THAT'S 24 HOUR TRIPS, RIGHT? SO THAT'S COMING AND GOING.
THAT'S EVERYBODY, UM, THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE DAY.
SO OVER HALF OF WHAT WOULD OTHERWISE, UM, BE DONE AND THE PEAK TRIPS ARE BOTH ALSO SIGNIFICANTLY LOWER FOR AM AND P AND PEAK ON A 24 HOUR BASIS.

SO, UM, THE BIGGEST THINGS ARE, UH, WE'RE FINISHING WITH DATA COLLECTION MODE ON THE COMP PLAN.
SO WE'RE STARTING TO MOVE PAST THAT.
