SO JUST A COUPLE ITEMS. UM, AND I'LL START WITH THE, THE COMP, OR NOT THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, THE, UH, THE FOLLOW UP FROM APA FROM LAST WEEK.

UM, ALL THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT MINUS OUR TWO, UH, GIS GUYS, THEY DO OUR MAPS.

WE ALL WENT, UM, AND, AND NEIL AND, UH, SARAH DID AS WELL.

UH, IT WAS IN CORPUS CHRISTI.

IT WAS A, A REALLY AWESOME CONFERENCE.

WE LEARNED A LOT, UH, THREE DAYS OF SESSIONS AND WHAT HAVE YOU.

THAT'S GONNA BE A PUBLIC HEARING ONLY PER OUR COMPREHENSIVE PLAN ADOPTION GUIDELINES THAT WE HAVE, OR ADOPTION ORDINANCE.

IT WILL HAVE ALL THE BACKUP MATERIAL, BUT IT IS ONLY AN ITEM FOR PEOPLE TO COME IN AND INVOICE YOUR CONCERNS.

AND FOR Y'ALL TO ABSORB ON THE, UH, HOLD ON.

I HAVE IT PULLED UP IN JANUARY.

UM, THE SECOND PUBLIC HEARING FOR Y'ALL WILL BE ON JANUARY THE NINTH, 2023.
