SO, UM, WHEN WE'RE DOING CU PSS, DO WE HAVE ANY KIND OF ABILITY TO TALK TO, OR TO ASK Y'ALL TO GO BACK TO THEM AND SEE IF THEY'D BE WILLING TO LIKE, NEGOTIATE ON TREE THINGS? IT COULD BE TURNED INTO ANYTHING THAT WE, YEAH.
SO, SO THEY'RE PERMITTING IT AS A SHELL BUILDING AND THEN AS THEY GET TENANTS, THEY'LL SUBMIT FOR FINISH OUT BUILDINGS TO FINISH OUT THE INTERIOR OF THEIR BUILDING.
UM, THIS ONE IS A LITTLE BIT DIFFERENT.
UM, THIS ZONING ACTUALLY HAS SOME ADDITIONAL, UH, CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ACTUAL USE.
SO DEPENDING ON THE END TENANT, THEY, THEY MAY COME BACK WITH THAT PROPOSED TENANT FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT.

SO THE CITY IS PLANNING TO MAKE IMPROVEMENTS TO THAT INTERSECTION, INCLUDING A PEDESTRIAN CROSSING.
UM, THE CONTRACT FOR THAT HAS BEEN AWARDED AND WE ANTICIPATE THOSE IMPROVEMENTS BEING MADE BY THE END OF THIS YEAR, EARLY NEXT YEAR KIND OF TIMEFRAME.
AND WILL THE CROSSWALK BE ABLE TO CONNECT TO THIS GIVEN THE KIND OF UNUSUAL ANGLE THAT IT'S AT? YES, THERE'LL BE CONNECTIVITY BETWEEN THIS SITE AND THE OTHER SIDE OF, UM, KOHLER'S CROSSING.
