SITE DEVELOPMENT PLANS ARE GOING THROUGH THE PROCESS. SO YOU'LL START WE'LL START PROCESSING THESE MORE AND MORE. THIS WON'T BE SOMETHING THAT WE'LL BE COMING TO YOU ALL. THIS IS A DAY GOES THROUGH THAT. BUT CITY AND STAFF ARE EXCITED TO TO HAVE THESE PROJECTS COMING FORWARD. AND IT'S TIED INTO BOTH THE COACHELLA CROSSING UNDERPASS AND THE BEEBE ROAD CONSTRUCTION AS WELL. SO IT WILL HAVE WILL HAVE AN IMPACT ON THE CITY AT LARGE, THOUGH. IT'S ON THE EAST SIDE. YES, SIR. THIS WILL GIVE YOU A SECOND ROUTE OUT OF BEEBE, SO HOPEFULLY SPLITTING SOME OF THAT TRANSPORTATION ISSUES. AND THEN AGAIN, BEEBE ROAD IS ON THE ROAD BOND FOR IMPROVEMENTS AND UPGRADES AS WELL. AND THIS WAS A VERY BIG ITEM FOR THE CITY COUNCIL WASN'T IT? YES, I COULD SAY COUNTLESS HOURS OF OF DISCUSSION REVIEW ON ON THIS FROM FROM STAFF AND CITY COUNCIL THEMSELVES. IS THERE ANY OTHER KIND OF DEVELOPMENT LIKE THIS PLANNED WHERE YOU'VE GOT THE VERTICAL USE MIXED AND SO FORTH? WE DO HAVE SOME LIKE THIS THAT ARE, THAT ARE IN THAT ARE ENTITLED WITHIN THE CITY.
