AND THEN WE HAD A TOWN HALL MEETING. AND I NEVER FORGET THE TOWN HALL MEETING, BECAUSE I REMEMBER YOU ASKING ME, MRS. CHAPA, WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO TO YOUR HOUSE WHEN YOU DIE? AND I FEEL THAT IT IS WHERE THE PLANS FAILED AT THAT TIME WHEN Y'ALL WANTED THE DOWNTOWN REVITALIZATION. I DO THINK WE NEED TO MOVE FORWARD ON A PLAN, BUT WE NEED TO REDEFINE WHERE DOWNTOWN IS. I FEEL LIKE YOU'VE NEVER, NEVER HAVE EXPLAINED WHAT IS DOWNTOWN, THE SQUARE, THE RESIDENTIAL. AND NOW FOR Y'ALL TO DECIDE THAT YOU'RE GOING TO GET BUILDINGS. YOU'RE JUST BUYING PROPERTY.
